Dumb Cane

Buying plants can become pricey over time especially when there are so many to choose from. There are many ways you can  grow your collection on a budget. One way is by looking in the clearance section of your local home improvement, nursey, or grocery store. Seeing that not all of these locations actually take the time to care for the plants when they begin to die back they are marked down or you can request them at a lower price. For example......

This is my  Dieffenbachia also know as a Dumb Cane that I purchased at Target for $8 even though I think I could have gotten it a bit cheaper but they would not budge any more on the pricešŸ˜ž . I think it was worth it though because after all of the love and care I put into it the outcome so far has been amazing.

After trimming back all of the damaged and dying leaves I wast left with stems and only one leaf. I have had this palnt for about 4 moths and it has been growing non stop. After about a month or 2 I changed it into a bigger pot and I think i can say that it is happy.
So at the end of it all it was definitely worth the price. Search for rescue plants they need love too and will appreciate you for it and as always stop back by to find out how my darling is doing. Be blessed!
